Trident’s strong stance during the pandemic, under the philanthropic leadership of Shri Rajinder Gupta, covered in The Future Textiles Machines publication. 

The achievement of being awarded as the Best Workplace for Women was amplified in the trade publication.

Under a broader strategy to highlight Trident’s growth and investment in top talent enhancing its employer brand on an international scale.

OKR-Based Pay Adoption Coverage  for Trident’s innovative HR strategy for 14,000 employees.

I managed Takshashila Recruitment Drive Campaign, a high-impact PAN India newspaper advertising campaign with a budget of  5+ crores. I strategically planned the media buy and coordinated the release of half-page and full-page ads across major newspapers. 

For the Takshashila Campaign on Social Media I got the opportunity to become a face. My personal story, which included two promotions in just three years, was featured prominently in the campaign.

Managed the media planning & buying for these campaigns and worked closely with the content writers and the designers to develop the communication for CSR Ad & Recruitment  Ad – PAN Indian Newspaper Campaign with budget spent of INR 5+ Crore.
